1.Master Machine Facility

Master Machine facilities are centrally located in Texas to better serve our Louisiana and Nationwide customers. We have 4 ISO9100 compliant buildings with approximately 22,000 sq ft under roofs. These include:

  • Building 1: 7200 sq. ft
  • Building 2: 6800 sq. ft
  • Building 3: 3000 sq ft.
  • Building 4: 4200 sq. ft.
2.Equipment & Capabilities

Master Machine invests in the latest software, equipment, and machining processes to ensure we continue to provide the highest quality products and services. Our equipment includes:

  • (1) Johnford Large Lathe
  • (7) Doosan Lathes
  • (4) 4 axis Toyoda Mills
  • (2) Fadal Mills
  • (2) Yama Seiki Mills.
  • Sodick EDMs (Electrical Discharge Machine) 3 wire and 1 plunge
  • (2) Omax waterjet machines with 7’ X 13’ tables

Our Manual Department equipment includes:
